Nestled in the countryside of Indiana lies this beautiful log house with all of the comforts of home. While swinging on the front porch of the cabin you may spot dear that often cross the property or watch wild geese as they fly to and from the fishing pond. Downstairs you will find a sofa covered with bed ticking, along with a covered denim chair decorated with down pillows. The TV has an authentic mantel around it, giving it the look that blends so well with the rest of the cabin. There is an old fashioned Hoosier Cabinet filled with dishes. A claw foot table with cane bottom chairs accents the cabinet. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. You can choose to make a complete breakfast or just enjoy a hot steaming cup of coffee. Upstairs you will find a brass and iron old fashion feather bed. There is also a queen size bed that above it hangs a double wedding ring quilt. An antique dresser and chest compliments the warm feeling found throughout the cabin. The bath has a tub and shower. Above the wash basin is an antique mirror which offsets the stenciling along the walls. Before retiring for the night you may choose to stroll along the creek bank in the cool evening breeze or go out to dinner at one of the many fine restaurants only a few minutes away.
